The Highlands Initiative for Distinguished Leaders (H.I.D.L.)

The Highlands Economic Partnership possesses the Highlands Foundation (501(c)3) that has a mission to impact workforce development and workplace education in our region. The Highlands Initiative for Distinguished Leaders (H.I.D.L.) provides an opportunity for individuals to support our impact programs that pertain to workforce development and workplace education through gifting options that meet every budget.

The goal of HIDL is to provide access to all socioeconomic groups (both children and adults) in education and employment. HIDL is a perfect way for our community and business leaders to contribute to the future generations of leaders in our region.
